Update: Here's a link to my ride report: http://tinyurl.com/fdk11-dv
My previous record low was 168 feet below sea level diving the wreck of the San Francisco Maru in Truk Lagoon. Here's a Japanese mini tank on the deck of the ship:
On Tuesday I took an overnight camping ride up to Death Valley National Park and visited Badwater Basin, the lowest point in the US at 282 feet below sea level:
Lots of interesting things to see in Death Valley. Ride report to follow... _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Think that is 85.5m, right? The decimal point is small but there. _________________ John & Cathy

It's pretty close, 1 meter = 3.280839895 feet, so, 85.5 (not 855) meters equals 280.51 ft. Only 1.49 feet off, good enough for government work! _________________ Steve
