Hey Guys, here's a few pics of my backyard today in the midst of the November Nor'easter. Or as the Weather Channel is calling it, the Atlantic Assault.
Winds are gusting to 50mph+, we had 6" of rain yesterday and probably close to that today. It's wet and it's wild. All the local schools were closed today. The power was out for about 4 hours today, but is back on now. I'm guessing we won't have soccer practice today! I think I'll go for a ride, not!
The lake about 5' higher than usual.
This is a pic across the lake, it doesn't quite do justice to the howling winds and driving rain. It's been raining hard for 48 hours now.
You know it's a bad weather day when the Weather Channel is broadcasting from your town!
I made one appointment today and the rest cancelled on me. I wish I had a project to work on....

Steve, that looks horrible. But I guess it's better than snow.
We're supposed to get remnants of the storm up here in CT today and tomorrow. I don't think it's supposed to be as severe.
