Hello!
Some time ago I was so happy of my my fresh bought Multivario tank bag. The package arrives form UK, the bag is in perfect condition Mr. Green . Now I had a chance to test it on bike, and I don't know how to, sic!

Have some pictures to help:

On the firs I've marked a part of tank where the edge is curved, or bend inside. Is it normal?
On the second one one can see the bottom side of tan near "suppose to attach" area. Let some one explain or better send a picture of attached bag base.
On K75 it was just attached to tank edge. On K11 I am not able to do the same thing - either I am barely able to stretch the rubber enough and then metal hook just slip out rapidly (I chopped some paint of Confused ).
IMHO there should be some slot not just below knee pad in front of metal piece with hole. My tank wast for 100% repainted, maybe some one has covered some mounting points?

Best regards,

You need brackets that attach to the tank. Take a close look at this picture and you'll see the left one on my bike:

Hello!
That explains a lot Confused. I can't find it in Real OEM, do you know the BMW catalogue number or can have more detailed pictures so I can made them on my own?
Although I sow some pictures of K11's with Multivario and no visible brackets...

Best regards,

When the bag is mounted the little flaps at the ends of the mounting straps cover the brackets.

It looks that they are available at local BMW dealer for 27 Polish Zloty each = ~ 9USD. So tomorrow I am making an order.

Best regards!

The older ones for the 100's (which can fit the 1100LT's, but not the 1100RS's)
hook directly to the tank with no extra bracket.

Hello!

I am thinking about using a loop made of steel wire in PCV isolation instead of metal brackets. This is much faster to do and is easy to hind under side covers when not in use.

Best regards,

He needs the whole ass'y of whats pictured. The round part bolts to the tank and the clip is what the bag connects to.
