Has anyone had this screaming problem? The bike has 80k miles. Also late
throttle response when revving engine motor hesitates. Any one have this problem? It is not the fuel pump.
Thanks for any input you may have.

Sounds like an inlet air leak to me.

Also Sounds like a loose waterpump impeller/bolt trying to make its way out
thru the cover.
Regards Palle.

Hello!

I have done water pomp rebuild on my K75S it's not hard job. Timing chain rattle is some body have put a bucket of screws inside engine - rattle, banging not screaming.
Inside pumps seal can be worn. There is channel connecting area inside the seals, the exit is on front edge of engine at bottom. Check if it is wet with coolant or oil, put some soft (plastic or copper or aluminium) wire inside to clean it. Look at:

Bad throttle response is caused by intake, as Tim suggested. Verify that all rubber parts are OK, including hose connecting pressure regulator (on a K75 of my friend there was a hole) and crankcase breather. Replace air filter and fuel filter if that haven't been done recently.
If problems still are there, then verify if all injectors works well - the spray pattern is correct.
Also download if you don't have one: http://42.pl/u/22tm

Best regards,
