It's a spoof, a fiction, blame the artist and the software. I got this from another site.

This is a fairly obvious remake of an actual web tutorial on how to make a crash video. The tutorial can be found here: http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorial/advanced_car_hit/

Apparently, it is very obvious that it's a fake to a German audience because the "RTC" network does not exist in any German speaking country. It is spoofing a real German network: RTL. So, it's like if we saw such a video claiming to be from the our "NBZ Network" - we would immediately know it was a spoof. Some German speakers have also said that the acting is actually really bad if you understand German, but you don't notice if you don't speak the language.

After looking at it for a while I realized what it was that made me suspicious in the first place. The missing motorcycle could possibly be explained as it being behind the truck, but, having seen a few real motorcycle accidents, I eventually saw what was definitely missing: broken parts littered over the pavement. I've never seen a motorcycle hit by a vehicle that didn't leave a TON of broken plastic parts all over the pavement. That clean empty pavement is what was telling my subconcious: "something is wrong here."

Well, that and the fact that it just seemed too ironically perfect to be real.
