This idea was borrowed from www.advrider.com.
It was brought to my attention that we need a better way to search the site, esp. for Tech related content.
The way to do this is to use "site:www.k11og.org (enter search term)" in a Google search.
Like this >>> site:www.k11og.org forks
Below are the results of the search topic 'forks'.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=site%3Awww.k11og.org+forks&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=
I hope this helps.
Ride with joy,

Hi there!
Well such query is a feature in google since dark ages (RTFM ) . Although Shognai has brought an excellent idea to connect search button to goole query. I am a user of few phpBB forums with such search engine and it works lovely.

Great post Gwen - Google's search is a powerful tool allowing you to use things like "-" to exclude things as well. Here is the Google page describing the additional tools.
Anyone remember AltaVista search? I loved it for one reason - it had a "within x of" tag so you could search for words within so may words of another word. Sure wish Google would adopt that. _________________

ah, i sometimes use searchtempest because it is purdy. but, on my phone plain google search is the best due to browser issues.
(every time i look at ads for a k11rs i realize how much of a steal mine was to the best of my knowledge) _________________ (formerly) 1993 k1100rs |
