|
|
In an effort to save money, I've created a concoction that is delicious, very low calorie, saves lots of money, all natural and has endless variations.
See, I really like Sobe Life Water. But it’s pricy. I could and at times will drink 3 a day. At ~ $1.50 each, that’s $1640 a year.
This was my solution.
Take 4oz of fresh, canned, or frozen fruit of any kind.
Add 1/3 cup of juice of any kind.
Puree together very well.
Pour that into two Sobe or same size bottles.
Add 4 packs of a Stevia based zero calorie natural sweetener to each bottle, shake well and chill.
So far I’ve blended strawberries and cran-cherry juice, mandarin oranges and white grape, peaches and pineapple juice and a few others.
ALL have been great!

I just make it daily as needed. _________________ 1993 K1100RS aka The Shop Whore

You forgot to mention whether you add rum or vodka into it, which one? _________________ K1100RS '97

If I is gonn drink, then it's, as the good Duck says,
| Quote: | | And vodka, LOTS of vodka. |
but it's true that voddy and fruit juice go down real nice.
I mean voddy is a fruit drink if you put fruit juice in it .... innit
Take it easy folks |
