Steve and I are rebuilding a KTM 950 Adventure.
It started out a nagging oil leak and the scope creek had been moving at the speed of light.

Me learning to lap valves
This tiny POS valve stem piece flew off under pressure...
And after two+ hours of looking, we found it in open box up there.

You folks have all the fun.
Never have lapped MC valves- the last ones I did were about 30 years ago- from my '73 Land Rover. But I still have the tools.

Couldn't you have quickly painted those walls and ceiling before you moved all the shit in? Wouldn't have taken long _________________ K1100RS '97

No point in painting it, when we're planning to do this.

Are those hooks strong enough to hold up an RS?
That way you wouldn't have to drop it your driveway to work on the belly. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Yeah that was a low blow....
At $250+ for a piece 8 x 8, I think paint would be cheaper..... _________________ K1100RS '97

Honey you didn't bother me at all.
It won't be on every wall, but about 1/4 of the available wall surface.
But it won't happen until we get the deck built and back yard fenced in.
So says Mama.

Now THAT is COOL!
I would love to have a garage - I still want to build a boat and restore another TR-3A _________________

Hi, Ted,
A TR-3A??? You ARE a glutton for punishment! My first car was a 1960 Jaguar 3.8 litre MkII with 4-speed and overdrive. I had fun, but the maintenance and repairs were significant. Later, I bought a 1972 Triumph TR-6. I hope, from these, I learned my lesson. I do NOT plan to have any more British cars! _________________ Ride Safe,
