Finding it difficult to find a replacement line from abs2 to front brake. The line under the gas tank.
pn 34322332026 or item 1 on this link:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=0522&mospid=51712&btnr=34_0678&hg=34&fg=15

Btw I am right of the pond, and the U.S. companies I found wont post.

I dont fancy making up one either, its just too important, especially the way I ride Rolling Eyes

I got mine from here and they will sell individual lines. I got the rear first and then ordered the front later. I also have ABSII.

http://www.spieglerusa.com/cfm/brakelines.cfm

If you want you can order them and have them sent to me and then I can post them to you. Do you have Paypal for the posting?

Thanks Ral88 for the offer, but they don't do the one I'm after.

I'm after the non flexible pipe, out of view under the tank, I think they just supply braided ss flexi lines as far as I can see.

That's a steel brake line, right? Almost any shop should be able to make that for you.

Have you contacted Moto-bins?

http://www.motobins.co.uk/index.php

or MaxBMW. They do show it on their fiche (#11 on the picture below?) and someone here could send it to you. It looks to be about $17-20 US

In addition to Motobins, try Motoworks at www.motorworks.co.uk/ or James Sherlock at http://www.james-sherlock.co.uk/

I can recommend all three. I ordered the same brake hose a few months ago; can't remember which of them I got it from. No problems.

Find a good Big Truck repair shop. I got a real steel line made for less than 20.00 US.

motobins(works) sherlock, don't have them listed.

I'll call motorworks tomorrow and see about a s/h one. otherwise I'll get a steel one made up. Got lots of stuff in the past off motorworks, pity their postage is so high or I'd use them more often.

A friend even offered to Tig weld the line in situ...lol
The current one is working fine, just scored and could possibly rupture
