I finally got some decent video of the LED brake lights/turn signals I did for the K75F - all in the factory turn signal/tial light lenses with nice bright SMD LEDs.
Brake lights:

But the turn signals still work with the brakes applied:

No kit, sorry. Too much work, too many parts. To make it worth my time it would cost a lot - more than you'd want to pay and more work than you'd want to do to install it.
If you want some great out of the box LED lighting, I've got one of these on my K1100RS. It's easy to install and it works quite well (Model 56011) I didn't realize how good it was until I rode behind it once. It's also very handy for getting tailgaters off of my rear.

Run-n-lites has a few really nice options for the K bikes including an upgrade to the tail and brake lite. His kits are easy to install and in most cases are just a matter of plug and play. I would suggest you check out their web site to see what is avaliable for the K bikes. Since all the K 75, 100 and 1100 have same rear the sets are interchangable. which is also the reason he has so many different options for those bikes.

Run-N-Lites does have good products. I've seen the rear Lite-Buddy's (grammar error is theirs, not mine) in person on a K75 and those do work pretty well.
However, any LEDs you put behind lenses will be dimmed by the lenses to some degree. That's why I think their Lite-Blazer works so well - it's out in the open and very bright. (Plus, if you ever sell your K and buy something else then you can keep it and use it on your next bike.)
The first Lite-Blazer I bought was an old one on eBay for $10. It still worked well for a couple of years but then stopped flashing. I emailed them and told them that it was very old and that I was sure it was out of warranty and asked if I could get some sort of discount on a new one. They emailed me back and told me they'd send me a new one if I sent it in with a check for $10 to cover shipping. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

I got a LED kit from www.re-psycle.com (shop located in Lithopolis OH)specialy for BMW K bikes.
This is not exactly the same but still a valuable stuff to install inside the rear light.
I did not install it yet but a friend of mine did it on a K1.
I will take some pictures of it as soon as I am busy doing it.

I have the Run-n-lites turn signal and brake light conversion kits installed on my '96 K1100RS, and they're nice. Run-n-lites even sells a bottle of red ink to coat the inside of the amber turn signal lenses (in California, all rear lights that are on at all times must be covered by a red lens). The only nit I have to pick with the kit is that the red ink fades completely in a couple of years so you have to "renew" it periodically. Otherwise a big thumbs up for the kits. _________________ Kenji

Using the turn signed lights as extra brake lights ain't legal in oz unfortunately. But I did add a swag of less to both the turn signals and brake/ tail light and they are much brighter. _________________ K1100RS '97

Really? Here in the US lots of cars work that way. I actually got the idea from the brake lights/turn signals on my dad's Lincoln and noticed quite a few other cars that work that way as well. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Yeah but the lens is still amber looking from the outside. In my case, since I'm using red LEDs, they light up as red, not amber. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

I was going to say that the "run-n-lites" kit that I have installed on my bikes have red led's in them and light up red thru the orange lenses also. _________________ Ride safe.
