Check your next phone bill for premium cost messages they may have sent to you.

Golden rules for ANY website or forum, don't have your house, work or email address's, phone numbers or your real date of birth (or any DOB for that matter) visible, even to forum members. People can PM you if need be. Whilst new members are vetted to some extent, there's no real security check on members.

I had 1 text during the weekend that was spam, but that's been it. I don't send any text of any kind, but I have also been using my cell # for some online orders as well.

Keith if you put your # in an open forum page, go back and edit it out, or pm whom ever did post it to edit it out, or ask on of the Mod's to remove it.

Keith - you didn't PM me your number in time to make the phone list. I never posted any numbers to the K11 forum - they only went out via PM. If you posted your number on the forum, you can edit your post, or send me the link to that post and I can remove your number.

No, I haven't received any odd text messages.

That said, a number of years ago when I had Sprint, I used to get cigaret ads and coupons on my cell. Took me months and a great deal of yelling at Sprint to get them stopped. Turns out that the person who wanted the text messages entered the wrong cell phone number... I had to beat up on Sprint to find out where the text messages were actually originating from.

Howdy Keith - no odd texts here. I did start getting them all of the sudden a few months back, I called T-Mobile and had the sender blocked and they were kind enough to give me a few hundred free ones in case they started up again (they never did.)
