Yeah, they're tad slow on the shipping front. However, I placed an order a couple of days ago. I ordered a strange quantity of one part which they noticed when reviewing the order. So they called me to confirm that my order was correct. I'm impressed.

Chicago BMW makes ordering easy and their delivery time has been acceptable with very few backorders. I will usually use their on line parts catalog for part numbers and place the order and pay via phone. I consider them a good source.
