97 1100LT dash lights not turning off when key is switched to off.

Battery voltage 12.8v

When key is turn to on - no fuel pump (it does work, hot wire ...

I have checked the side stand switch, all OK as it is showing the it works as it should.

Checking the +positive to fuel pump from plug, OK Brown wire on fuel pump, green on plug.
-neg black from f ...
