Flying Duck

Here's some video clips I shot on Sunday on 101 and 1 north of SF.

They include:

1) Avenue of the Giants. The good part with twisites is closed for repair but it's still a nice ride.

2) The road from Leggett down to the coast. (The western version of Deal's Gap - but without traffic.)

3) Some runs along the coast.

Add'l comments:

a) The sun angle wasn't the greatest so there's some whiting out here and there.

b) Where it's mounted my camera only picks up wind noise so that's why the audio is muted.

147.5mb... 40 minutes to fetch... 20 minutes to play...

so thats 60 minutes not 20 minutes there weisenheimer...

i had to play it a double speed to keep from falling over in the big trees...

cattle guards... mossy green cattle guards... in a turn... clench... o my...

i noticed you didnt use the turnouts to let the big rigs bye...

good use of a lunch hour i guess and well worth the bandwidth...

the video seems fairly stable. How do you have your camera mounted?

I've used a RAM system on the clutch handle bracket and the camera vibration is fairly annoying.
