Out:
Steverino, has somewhere else to be.
BullsBaby aka SueAnn, life interfered.
Off the grid, job interfered, but I'm sure it's a good thing
I plan ride down Thursday the LONGEST way possible, stay all day Friday, then head to Hot Springs, NC the fastest way possible Saturday around 1400.
I want to spend a little time at tha ADVrider gathering at Hot Springs.
I'm looking for meeting all those that can make it. |
Phil sent in a check and will be going as well. Grid's private bedroom is now available as far as I know; so if someone has thought about bringing their S.O. please send a P.M.. If the count is still good from above, we should have an extra bunk in addtion to the extra room. Sofa or floor space is available to anyone. Hope to see everyone there _________________ Dom |

I'll bring some good stuff to pass around.

Of course it's a NEW pair!

Hi, All,
Re: Translation (from Somedumbguy): Phil's bringing the 'gars
I have contributed (greatly) to the Mexican economy and the Mexicans, in turn had earlier contributed to the economy of an unnamed Caribbean nation famous for beards and cigars. I have one beard, begun in Spain and grown to fruition in the USA, Mexico, and a number of Caribbean and Far East countries and 3 'gars, all of the same name, 2 from unnamed nation and one from Mexico. The beard is mine to keep. The 'gars will be available at Hungry Mothers. One, his choice, will go to Ted, Our Fearless Leader. The other two are available to the first claimants in Virginia. I am not interested in retaining one, as I quit smoking 20 years ago.
Ride Safe,
Phil Marvin - El Paso, TX

I was wondering if anybody would be interested in me bringing the cord and tools to do this to your panniers?

must be fascinating! It has had just under 5,000 views!
Sheesh - about a dozen of us decide to go camping, and the thread becomes more popular than some with really good technical info. OH, maybe the webcrawlers like it... Yeah, must be the webcrawlers - I always forget about them. _________________ Jim

Gwen - is that shock cord better than worn out, 11 year old German elastic? If it is, bring it on _________________ Jim
