Please don't pull this post. I have to tell all of you about what is happening in Lakeland Florida right now. There is an encounter with God at a church that is leaving thousands upon thousands healed. The revival is spreading throughout the world. The man leading the miracles is Todd Bently, he is not what you would expect. He is sleeved with tatoos, and has face peircings. He comes from a background of drug addiction and violence, yet God is using him to spark the global fires of revival. CNN, MSNBC, major media is reporting on this. It began on April 2nd, as a one week healing conference, and is still going on with no end in sight.

Abandoned canes and wheelchairs litter the stage and autitorium, cancerous tumers are dissolving, hearing and sight restored, even the dead are bieng raised. Healings are happening through televisions, cell phones, even text messaging and emails around the globe. I would be a poser christian if I did not shout this from the rooftops. The healings are bieng documented with medical confirmations, this is no hoax. Nothing like this has ever happened, it is greater than even the Azusa Street revival of the last century.

I called ACN to order DirectTV because we are watching through the internet, and by the time the order was placed the customer service rep was in tears. I could feel the Spririt of God all over me while sharing with her. The days of religiouos eveangelizing are past, miracles, signs and wonders are the new methods, and indesputable.

There is no 'new healer', it's never been about Todd Bently. This is a global restoration from God, not a revival. Revivals are temporary, this is not. Cities across the world are reporting outpourings. It's broken out in Belfast and Dublin, London and Cairo, Florida, California, Oregon and countless cities. This is the real deal. Jesus said, If you do not believe my words, then believe my works.

I have personally been used to heal the sick, and I have prophesied. I am not 'duped' as you say, I am strong in mind body and Spirit, and I have felt the Hand of God in my life, and witnessed many miracles. In 1991 my right foot was crushed in an industrial accident, the same foot and leg that was also mangled in a motorcycle accident in 1976. I developed Mortons Neuroma, and have suffered from excruciating pain of the navicular process for years. Doctors have told me that as I age, the debilitation would become crippling. If I stood for more than 10 hours on my feet I would become wheelchair bound. I used a cane for many years. Two years ago I was prayed for and healed. I have not had pain in my foot since. I have felt the power of God in my life.

This outpouring is just starting, stay tuned. The impartations are transferable, it is not for somebody, but for The Body, not for Todd Bently alone, but for everyone. This is a manifestation of the Love, the Mercy, and the matchelss Grace of God, and has just begun.

Many of your countrymen and women, and children have come to Florida to recieve ths anointing, and are returning to the UK to spread the fresh fire from God.

I understand your skeptism, and I will pray for you.

One observation; the majority of the healings are happening in the crowd, when people pray for each other. Todd is acting more like the master of Ceremonies, however, he is very powerful spiritually, and speaks the Word with great boldness. The Bible says that God is no respecter of persons, and does not esteem one over another. Jesus said that greater works than He has done we will do, so we should expect this to happen.

Todd Bently has been ministering around the globe for ten years, and the Power of god has moved through him to heal hundreds of thousands. This is the first time he has been apart of such a move in the US.

The healings are confirmed and documented, you can take this seriously. God never goes backwards, so the intensity of the outpouring is going to increase, the miracles, signs and wonders will become more amazing as the days go by.

Larry, as Roy says, if it floats your boat.
However, it's best to keep this sort of thing to oneself.. please don't pray for me but for those who actually need it. Don't you think think that it's a bit odd that an omnipotent, ubiquitous and supposedly merciful maker has a) to be asked to help and b) seems a tad disorganised in his/her priorities? Maybe he/she should take a quick turn over Burma right now..
Also think it's a bit conceited to imagine he/she will actually help individuals - why, when there are nations starving and the world is falling to bits?

Rydor, Duc or maybe a Goldwing (?!) certainly not a Hog.. not kosher!

The governmnet of Burma has seized the aid sent to them. Is it God's fault the people live in poverty? Why don't you hold the ones that are truly to blame for poverty accountable? The leaders of the countrys governments. To say that you don't need prayer is arrogant. The Bible says "All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God" "none are worthy, no, not one".

Is it God's fault that we build in Hurricane and eathquake zones? It angers me when I hear seemingly intelligent and rational people blame God for all of our ills, when God is the only one that can save us from ourselves.

Believe me, God is in the midst of the hurting, and miracles are happening every day that you do not hear about. Thousands of men and women have dedicated (And given) thier lives to bring aid and comfort to the needy, have chosen to live in poverty and want because of their love for God and compassion for the lost. Google Heidi Bakker when you have a chance. You know, God has no desire to see us suffer, He wants to give us the desire of our hearts, yet because of our arrogance and stubbornness we are unable to recieve.

Once, God told a great prophet to go to a certain place and He would speak to him. The prophet obeyed and waited at the mouth of a cave. A greta mighty whirlwind passed by, and God wasnot in it. Then a great roar followed, and God was not in that either. Finally, a gentle warm breeze came, and it was God. His is a still small voice, mankind is so busy exercising his will, trying to fill the hole in it's heart with entertainment, immorality, drugs, alcohol, extremisms, feel good philosphies, sorcery and witchcraft, false Gods, false teachings, obesity of all kinds, greed, violence and hatred to name a few, that he cannot hear the voice of God when it comes. Who's to blame for that?

When man fell in the garden, he lost his intimate communication with God, leaving a hole, a lack, a void that can only be filled with the Love of God. Jesus restored the relationship, He is the mediator between God and Man, all we need to do is believe in Him, and we too can once again have intimacy with the Father.

Ask yourself, why is it easy to folow Allah, Mohammed, Krishna, even God, yet mention the name of Jesus and all hell breaks loose? Why are not people put to death for believing in these false prophets, yet hundreds die each year because of their faith in Jesus? Why isn't the Koran, or the Talmud banned and censured yet the Bible is? Because the power is in the Name of Jesus, He said, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no man can come to the Father except through Me".

You are right, the world is falling to bits.

God said, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, turn from thier wicked ways, then will I hear from Heaven, and heal their land." Do you honestly think that the wickedness of this world is His fault too?

I disagree with your admonishment that this sort of thing should be kept to oneself. This forum is for anything unrelated to motorcycles. Jesus is my passion, and I will not be silent about the Good News of the Gospel.

Larry, stay cool, I'm not attacking you or anyone else. I wasn't admonishing you for speaking out but I do think that folks should be allowed to make up their own minds without being lectured - I guess that's where the notion of evangelism or prostelising comes up.. something I can't accept.

It's not arrogant to think there are others who can benefit more than I from whatever it is you believe prayer can do, it's altruistic - as long as you believe that prayer works! All the studies ever carried out on the power of prayer have failed to show any significant effect. Larry, I speak as one who was brought up as an orthodox Jew and learned that religion has caused more hurt than good in the world one way or another.

But Larry how dare you call Krishna or Mohamed or, presumably, Buddha 'false prophets'!! Now that's seriously arrogant since the worshippers of those faiths are believers just like you - where is the tolerance and understanding that your Master preached?
I can be a good person without believing in some sort of supernatural deity and I can be a good person as a Buddhist or a follower of Ganesh. That's surely the bottom line isn't it? Isn't that what your god wants: that we live decent lives? If I'm right then the only false prophets are the ones who lead us from a basically decent life into something else.. Now, we could define 'decent' but we probably don't need to.

As for the 'garden' story - well if you actually believe that (as opposed to understanding it as an allegory) then I guess you must be a creationist and we must part company as I've never yet managed to hold a reasonable conversation with one on the subject of god despite some years of trying!
Anyway Larry, I wish you happy biking which is what we're here for!

Monday after Mother's Day, a three year old girl in Orlando Florida died, and was prepared for organ harvesting. Funeral arrangements were made. A family needing a transplant was notified to come to the hospital to recieve the needed organs. The family was unable to come immediately so the three year old girl was placed on ice until Wednesday. Wednesday morning the girl was removed from the cooler and the doctors prepared to remove her organs.

Meanwhile, her family had been praying for her and had been watching GodTV during the revival telecast. They believed for a miracle. They touched the television when Todd Bently suddenly proclaimed the dead to rise.

At that moment, as the doctors were getting the dead girl ready for the procedure, she suddenly coughed and woke up. She had been dead two days on ice, woke up and is perfectly normal!

The family had to cancel the funeral!

There are so far after 48 days three confirmed healings of Parkinson's disease, 10 confirmed raisings from the dead, and hundreds of terminal cancer and crippling diseases and injuries that have been healed. The blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk. People from all over the world are in Lakeland, and taking the fresh fire of God back home with them and revival is breaking out around the globe. Last night the Glory of God fell on the people and was strongest at the pulpit. Anyone standing at or near it began to flail and stumble, and break out in laughter as though completely sloshed. The same thing happended on the Day of Pentecost nearly 2000 years ago as more than 120 people were filled with the Holy Ghost and with fire. "These are not drunk as you suppose Peter said, as it is only the third hour (9am)"

I won't argue with you, and you can make light if you want, I'll just stand back and watch in awe as Jesus demonstrates His mighty love and the lost by the thousands are giving thier lives to Him. Jesus said "If you won't believe my Word, believe my Works."

As one man said last night after bieng healed of Scoliosis and a debilitating back injury, "I am a building contractor, I use to build the devil's house, now I work for the Risen Carpenter". Amen.

We think we are so smart, so deep, and so clever. Who are we kidding?
I have nothing to prove, I do not need to try and convince anyone nor will I evangelize, I don't need to. The Lord Jesus Christ is in the house.
