I Passed by Ft. Campbell on the way to HM, so I stopped to check it out (Good thing I was wearing my Mil-Spec vest to get on the base).
I arrived a little early...
The view from off the front porch
SHOGS
Das Boot and Shogs sippin' fine uzo
Abreeze and SKDonlan join the fun
Klinker enjoys a nightcap
Spooky time exposure
Das Boot and Jim talk bikes
Abreeze's quick and nimble K100RS
Our leader Ted arrives!
Look at all the K-bikes
Cheezin' with Shoganai
Abreeze and Ted plan the big Saturday group ride
Here's a shout out to Off The Grid...
All lined up abck at the cabins
One more group pic
I had the privilege of riding with Klinker part of the way home.
Wet bikes...
We HAVE to do this again next year |

Great pics - next time you need to get a shot of 3 or 4 RS bikes rounding a tight turn.
Is that Dom's bike with the Aeroflow? Is that paint in your vents? Gives me the idea to put some of that black reflective tape in my RS vents. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

After 300+ miles I fianally got rid of the rain....
I hear a lot of 'the Blue Ridge Parkway Sucks'
but it is something I think everyone should do once.
It has some awesome panoramics and durring the weekday very lightly traveled.
After arriving to HMSP we jumped into some K Tech looking into Rydors new head gasket. Verdict: The dealer did a poor job of cleaning out the oil saturated radiator.
After we got the group together and a good night sleep, We took a ride up 16 then to Burkes Garden. Two very great roads with great views. Here Steve:SKDONLAN comes in for a pit stop......
Sean:Rydor up ahead taking the picture he posted........
A re-group stop......
Jim, Scott Anderson and Rydor(Sean)
Rydor(Sean) and SKDONLAN(Steve) talking about the raod into Burkes Garden....
Back for dinner, we did a POSE....I call it evolution!
Getting back on the road in the rain........When the rain stopped I wanted to take a picture again....109 miles to go....
My final descent to the superslab......

I'd gladly help line up a place to stay and plan a day or two of good riding roads through lake country in northern Minnesota. June, July or August are possibilities, but SEPTEMBER - best month for ridin'. Something to think about...

I've gotten a number of compliments on that little touch...and there's no trade mark registered, at least that I've filed. rydor mentioned he was pondering something along those "lines." Although it is difficult to imagine improving upon that Interlagos Blue work of art...unless it involved the removal of a few stickers... _________________ tlp
