Loaded up and ready to go. This is the cleanest and most well rested we will be for the next 2 days.
Couple of stops along the way
Finally arrived
Where we met our gracious host
And a bunch of inmates
Ride saturday.....I think my 93 K1100 was the oldest bike there, and the only "road" bike to go 2-up on the fire roads we were on. Even my wife was surprised at how well the bike handled.
Overall, a fantastic ride. Great vistas, great twisties, great people. Even rain was nice....it cooled things down and settled the dust.
Nothing but smiles.
1st ADV event, and definitely will not be our last. Had a great time and met some fantastic, memorable people.
Which is what it's all about anyway.
(oh yeah the food was excellent, sorry no pics) _________________ Bane of your existence since July 2006

I did some really serious off roading in Vermont at the MOA rally up there. None of the bikes were made for it. It was my 93 RS, a R1150S, a G650 and a Honda ST 1300. We had a blast and no one dropped their bike. Amazing stuff. I will post some pics from home of that. _________________ 1997 K1100LT
