I've been lurking and following that thread as well, I'd been glad to stop by when I was out that way........
Not sure how close Abreeze would be. I would hope that there is someone closer. _________________ Ride safe.

Who are THEY, and where exactly are THEY? I couldn't tell from the thread.
I am in central Arkansas, but I usually go 100 miles out of may way to Not go thru Memphis...
However, for the cause, I might be willing to make the run one day.

I have just been in touch with the individual making these new K-Guards. I have made tentative plans to ride to his place on July 11th to allow him to use my bike to help figure out what mods he needs to make to the basic K100 units he has to fit the K11LT.
We will still need a RS at some point. Anyone in Tennessee? He is located just NE of Memphis, essentially a suberb. It's a one man garage operation done part time.

thank you so much rod...
i spoke to tony in memphis about his efforts... he has 2 finishes... 1 smooth and 1 refrigerator texture... he is surprised at the requests for more units for a variety of motobricks...
he told me that rod called... sorry i didnt get back to you folks sooner...
so its in rods hands now for the lt... still need to get a rs down there...
we shall see how it goes... tony doesnt want any photos out on the internet right now or pricing because he is still trying to perfect it...
as far as altering the k100 unit... he may start from scratch on the k1100 units...

Slight change of plans, I am going on Sat the 12th, instead of tomorrow the 11th. Weather should be a bit dryer, also less traffic!
I found some pictures of the old KGuards and did some eye balling on my bike. It appears that all we will have to do is shorten them to allow for the full length side covers. However it appears that the right one may have to be a little longer. The left appears OK. It could also be the angle of the pictures. We will see on Saturday.
