What kind of mileage is everyone getting?

I average from around a low of 35 to a high of 38 or so.

Not as good as I had hoped.

Keep in mind however I beat the piss out of my bike and drive a ton of stop-and-go.

OTG, that is because you right wrist is overdeveloped from your avatar....

STOP AND GO?? What is that?? Oh, that is what riders do in the land of stoplights and traffic. I've forgotten what that is like.

I get an honest upper 40's and if we are doing lots of middle-speed back roads I can see 50 mpgs if I behave. I don't ride like an old fart but don't need to grind the pegs on every corner.

I heat my tires up quite a bit as I ride my LT pretty hard and it shows. I ride in heavy traffic, but I laneshare like I'm on a dirtbike. Smile

I get 44mpg on average on an LT (typically ridden w/o trunk).

Above or below 40 depending upon how I ride. Maybe 37-38 low and 45+ on the high side.

I think I get by best at around 60-65 with the cruise control on.

During a recent 700 mile trip around North Yorkshire and Northumbria, I averaged 52mpg. This was a jaunt with typical speeds between 65-75 mph.
I think that our friends across the pond have invented their own gallon, which is about 10% smaller than the imperial, true gallon Wink

just a tad over 46mpg - average - that's with all the luggage loaded and pulling the uni-go - at speeds sometimes well over the BMW recommended max of 80mph. I guess with no load or trailer, it would probably be closer to 50.

Daily commute = 40 miles round trip = lots of stop and go and slow and go = ~45mpg.

Saturday rides blasting around the mountains = 48 mpg average and as high as 55 mpg.

Go figure????

Lazy radar-controlled two-lane, no wind: 46-48 MPG.

Crazy unpoliced two-lane (western SD): 37 MPG.

Doing the 80 mile round trip to work on motorways, 3 lane A roads, 2-3 miles of 3 lane standing cars & 5-6 miles of central London traffic i get around 190 miles on a tank full (about 20 litres) so would say high 40's but i am heavy with my right hand doing anywhere from 80-110mph on the main roads.

That always bothers me, winding the piss out of that poor engine at those speeds. Maybe because I know how many parts are moving around down there between my legs.

Anyone ever blow one? (

Sorry for the hijack)

Pretty much the same here. If I go crazy, it might drop to upper 30's.

Nah will go much faster than that, dont know what the top speed is but i have only taken her to 125 (two's up) so far, I did read on a few reports saying 152mph (and it went on to say prone=152, sitting up=152 with pillion=152 this bike will pull to top speed whatever you have on it)

I get about the same here. I get the best highway mileage with the cruise set around 60.
