Yup, you could clearly see it was a brick as he tipped it over the other way.

Was he trying to make sure the scratches were even? That the bars were equally bent on both sides? Or just to total it for insurance purposes?

Several member of my local club were moto marshalling that event. They were on GS bikes. The conditions were horrible, torrential downpours from Tropical Storm Hanna. It had not rained much before Hanna hit, so add in all of the oil on the road that is just starting to get washed off, and you get the picture. Many of the racers crashed as well that day. I was home, dry.

The inital drop there wasn't much he could do about it, but all the others? sheesh.
