just got off the phone with mickis mom...

seems that someone snatched it from the garage in iowa... just rode it away... i had left it on the battery tender... key in the ignition... its iowa you know...

lucky i have thieving scoundrel insurance to cover the loss... the cops said it would most likely not be recovered because those motobricks have a cult following and someone probable thought it was being neglected and just needed to be ridden...

o well... more later...

That's a damn shame. Hopefully, the cops will locate the bike. BMWs are seldom stolen. The bandito must have been someone who knew the key was in the ignition.

You know Johnny, a strange thing happened tonight. Shocked

A strange looking motobrick appeared in my driveway just a little bit ago. Laughing

I'll have yo make sure that it's not neglected, so it won't disappear on my watch. Very Happy

I might even see about fixing the windscreen problem for you. How's that sound. Very Happy

Thanks again.

j o

I didn't feel the grief in your post, I would probably croak if someone grabbed one of mine. Sad

Theft insurance must ease the pain.

Only one effective punishment for bike thieves: taintectomy.

no more monkey taint...

i know of some folks in southern indiana who would perform a taintectomy free of charge...

their winnebago on the wabash aint exactly sterile... but after a taintectomy... it wouldnt matter much... would it...

word on the street... or in this case... gravel roads... its iowa you know...

that our stolen motobrick is in the hands of the midwest motobrick bandits...

evidently the king pin of that mess has disassembled it and soldered a broken windshield wire and is now running from the law again... humping through the gears like a turtle with a cell phone on its back...

should have some aerial video from the iowa state patrol later...

God damn them. A working windscreen could be worth all the bother though I reckon, sit tight.

its my fault shoganai...

i left it on the battery tender and the key in the ignition with its location known to the midwest motobrick bandits...

the k11og is inhabited by all kinds of nefarious peoples with unknown motives... when the king pin is done with it... it will be all wallered out and then passed on down the line to be violated by others...
