If you look closely at the beginning, you'll see that the sidecar is hooked up to a K75 motobrick. Check out the dogs ears.

I don't think I have seen a dog that was more pleased with himself than that one.
That vid rocks...the best thing about it is that it never fails to draw smiles. I mean, whats cooler than a dog wearing goggles in a sidecar?
On an unrelated note, I would think that for me anyway a K75 would be woefully underpowered for a hack rig. Huge bonus points for style, however.
