I have read about the guys using this on their windscreens and such, I thought I would give it a try.
My headlights on my van were so bad I could have the high beams on and see farther with my flashlight!
Before:
After:
Granted it's not perfect, but it's a whole lot better. I can actualy see know with my low beams.
This stuff actually works. I was impressed. _________________ Ride safe.

I just picked up Mopar Headlight restorer for my Jeeps lenses, they are translucent.
Basically all those kits are the same with some very fine wet sandpaper.

We used Simichrome on the headlights on number one son's Grand Am with good results. _________________ Mike Currin

Plastic headlights SUCK!
My dad's minvan had some badly clouded plastic headlights. I bought a new set of headlights for pretty cheap from Rock Auto and then installed some Xenon bulbs from FleaBay. Lighting is ten times better.
Back on topic: I use PlastX on my windscreen, instr. cluster lenses and helmet shields. Great product. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Just now found PlastX. Really works, I was ready to buy a new windshield. Not now. _________________ '93 K1100LT

Yea, I need to try it on my '96LT dark screen. It's glaring headlights at night.
Maybe I should be doing this now while I've got the forks apart and not riding it. _________________ Ride safe.

I tried PlastX on mine - I can't remember if that did the trick or if I gave up and used ScratchX. One of them worked pretty well. I think maybe it was the ScratchX. _________________ Jim
