of 2008... the year of the messiah...
i had to get some air while adjusting my nitrous system for the technical curvaceousness of donkey canyon road... the o c... socal... usa... 80 degrees and sunny... december 10... 2008....
my vision was blurred 8,500 rpm...
my peripheral vision was clear as i slowed to 50 over...

rolling on the gas... pushing the envelope...
had to stop to let my tires cool...
wicking it up...
the namesake... donkey canyon road...
getting ready to go under the cover...

Last ride? Last as in it's being retired or last as in the most recent ride?
Had me worried there for a second. You can't do that without giving proper warning! _________________ M N B

I think that means Johnny and Micki are headed for Iowa. _________________ Jim

No, they aren't - they're the first two words of text in the body of the post... If you just start reading and keep reading, it all runs together and makes sense... _________________ Jim

Well, it won't be quite that cold, mid-lower 40's on Sat & Sun then back to highs in the teens on monday.
You could just install that aeroflow that's hanging in my garage. _________________ Ride safe.

I must apologize - I've been away for a while and I've had trouble piecing together the saga of j o and his motobricks. Lately I've only had time to throw a few barbs into The Dungeon.
I've got this - johnny put his California bug-eye away for the calendar year. He's got a spiffy SE waiting for him in Iowa. I haven't been able to trace the threads that tell the rest of the story.
Where did he find that SE?

Have sales been up enough to allow such a purchase?
What's he going to do with it in the dead of winter in the Midwest?
What is the fate of that LT he bought last summer?
Are there any photos of smoked critter flesh expected in the near future? _________________ tlp

The SE was located in SW Wisconsin, picked it up 1st of Nov and have it here at my place for the moment.
I picked up the 'summer buy LT' to ride when mine went in the shop for valve work and I decided to buy it as he really didn't like how the LT fit him and Micki.
Here's picks of his new one:
