OK, I see a few water spots on the swing arm. But I think you're just trying to make us jealous of your shiny poserbrick... and it's working.
We don't get many chances to ride in February around here, but I did burn through a tank-full on Tuesday. Temps were in the upper 50's, sunny, little wind. This morning we have a trace of snow with up to 10 inches on the ground just north. A couple more forcast for tomorrow...
I see a number of extras on your "S." Could you list them off for us? Specifically, is than an Adaptiv TPX radar detector? Do you like it? _________________ tlp

Only the Reasonists. They believe in an evidence-based world, something called Rationalism. But it's a tiny group, not so influential.

I am a very happy man. The street cleaner came through my area and cleaned up the gravel that has been all over the road since the end of November. I don't mind the cold much, but that gravel makes me real nervous because you never know where it will show up. Anyway I can go back to riding almost daily now too! _________________ 1997 K1100LT

I've had the TPX for about 6 months now and am impressed with it. My buddy has a Valentine One and there have been instances where mine registered radar in the vicinity(confirmed shortly thereafter) and his didn't. The only weak point is the blue display can be hard to read. The optional LED visual alert is AWESOME as long as it has been mounted in the correct attitude as the LEDs are very directional.
Sargent seat arrives next week (yay FINALLY)
Other extras so far:
Wunderlich Triton LED taillight
Ilmberger CF rear hugger
Ztechnik CF tank protector
Leo Vince CF slip-on silencer
Shift Tech CF clutch guard
MRA touring windscreen
Techspec kneepads
clear signal lenses F/R
misc. CF cosmetic bits
Just mounted new Mezler MEZ4 front tire (left over from the K11RS) and Michelin Pilot Road 2 on the rear last week... she's handling soooo good |
