Does everyone know when you order parts from Max BMW they send you a package of M & Ms with your order?
How cool is that? _________________ Jim

Stuff like that people notice and do not forget.
I love getting it in the package, it's like a little chocolate surprise. _________________ Bane of your existence since July 2006

Actually they just charged you $30+ for a bag of M&Ms and threw in a couple of fork seals for free. _________________ John & Cathy

Recently I bought a new final drive boot from them and two new retaining bands. The larger front band fit perfectly but the back one absolutely would not go around to get the little screw started. After a couple of emails they sent me a free zip tie and said the newer bike are going to this. Actually looks better than the little silver bands. Great service and more M&M's! _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

At their margins they could probably afford to throw in a slab of New York steak. _________________ 93 LT (x2)
