The LED instrument cluster mod is HOT! Although Drake charges about 3 times what it's worth  , this mod rocks  I installed the gauge LEDs awhile back, and really liked they way they look, but didn't get to the cluster until the other day. Thank you, Drake.
I also tweaked the speedo pot a bit while I was in there - but didn't get the soldering iron out and test it.
Next - three core radiator - thank you, Larry.
Edit: Just went out to see what the instrument cluster looks like at night - it's great! The LED upgrade probably gives you more bang for your buck than anything else you could do to your K. How many cool upgrades are there for less than $50.00?

So, you get a complete kit custom tailored for K bikes along with awesome detailed insturctions - not to mention free after hours telelphone support(2 calls) - and you bitch about the price?

Yeah - just for the hell of it... The LED kit is worth every inflated penny I paid for it... I thought tech support was included in the price.

Drake, you said you have bulbs for the warning lights now? I already did the backlight job. How much for just the warning lights?

Yes, you can now do the whole shebang. Turn signal indicators, idiot lights, high beam, BMU and neutral lamp. If you've already done the backlighting I refer to this as the "Upgrade Upgrade." $25 shipped to US.

had a chance to check the speedometer against the gps today - it's spot on. Now I have to try to remember that...
Not sure if it was Drake or his alter ego I spoke with on the phone who helped me with that...
