AFter a trip in heavy rain I started the bike the next day and it sounded louder. It occasionally pops. I have an exaust leak somewhere but I can't find it. Any ideas.

Check the welds where the header pipes enter the collector. (That's gonna cost you another 6-pack. Laughing)

Check also, the nuts, studs & seals where the pipes join the head.
