Had it on my stock LT seat and all my dual-sport bikes.

The mounting system sucks though with the Alaska ones, and they are overpriced.

Go to Ikea, buy a sheepskin and make your own...you can get 2 out of one Ikea piece.

That's just what I did years ago for my '81 Honda Supersport. Took us to the Gaspe Penninsula and Nova Scotia. Works GREAT.

I've used an Alaska Leather sheepskin pad for many years. Works great. I bought a blemish and saved money.

I have a custom made sheepskin cover that fits on a Corbin Dual Tour. It looks kind of fruity but works great.

I also bought a black long-haired complete sheepskin rug for $30 or so on eBay. I plan to trim that down for the RS and have some flaps of it come down the front sides to eliminate/reduce thigh fry.

We used to raise sheep and still have a few tanned skins around. I rode on one for an hour yesterday and it felt pretty good. I have one just like the one in J O's pic.
