Took these shots before I took it on it's first ride. It has been a long trip to get it to this level.
I want to thank everyone for their assistance and help getting this project off the ground.

You didn't destroy those bullet hole decals did you? They need to go back on. Did the abs work before you took it apart? Sorry, different thread.
Nice looking RS. But jo, you can't call it a touring machine. It's like sitting on a real comfortable chair in 100 mph wind tunnel. _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

Scott, unfortunately the "bullet holes" will not be joining us again.....
I "accidentally" destroyed them in the painting process. I tried to tape around them, but..

Is that pearl white? Looks sharp! I bet it looks even better in person and sense the photo's don't do it justice. Not ripping on your photog skillz either, just sayin.
Great job! No, the bullet holes are NOT an improvemnt.
To Saltcreek, U gotta go bigger than a 9MM to destroy your moto-brick.
They can be maintainence queens, but they'll return in kind what they get from you. Well, not always, but mostly I think.
Hope you can hang in there. _________________ 1993 K1100RS that I'd rather be riding FAST!

The bullet holes will go into the RS (Sugarhillctd) on the right.
But there I go again with the hijack. SORRY! _________________ John & Cathy

I've actually owned a vehicle that did have about a half dozen real 9mm bullet holes in it. When I owned a boat with a buddy we both had sports cars that wouldn't pull the boat. So we ponied up $650 for a 1976 Buick Estate Wagon with mock wood paneling to pull the boat. It was a real gem. It had a disappearing tailgate and a 455 and was a total piece of crap, but it would pull the boat on a trailer. My buddy was out doing target practice with his Glock one day and decided the car would look better with some real bullet holes in it. It did. _________________ 93 LT (x2)
