For any one with a blocked or rad core in need of attention you can remove the ends as I did with this badly blocked core using some pipe or long sash clamps apply light pressure to the ends to allow the levering of the crimmping to release the ends. clean & repair as required I ran a small strip of sheet metal down all the tubes ,wire brushed the ends of the core . To re assemble give the seals a smear of silicon and reclamp I did one end first then the other apply pressure with the clamps to allow you to tap the crimmping back I used a reground cole chisel that fitted the shape of the crimps I then sqaushed each crimp gently with miltigrips to get extra pressure on the seal be careful not to overdo it with the clamps & use wooden blocks as in the photos NO GUARANTEES THIS WILL WORK FOR ALL BUT IT S AN ALTERNATIVE FOR THOSE GAME TO HAVE A GO . TESTED RAD ON MY BIKE FOR A WEEK NO LEAKS
