I remember when Texas was open carry. Now concealed carry only. I believe open carry would be better, more of a deterrent.

During the Cold War the U.S. had a Triad of deterrence:
1. Land based Nukes (missiles)
2. B-52s carrying Nukes
3. Submarines loaded with Nukes.

Worked pretty well in my opinion. No more wall.

I still feel the cold war is on though...

Hey,

New Hampshire- "Live free or die"

We have open carry here. If the handgun is in plain sight, no permit is needed. Cover it in any way (under a shirt, in a bag or briefcase) and you need a concealed carry permit- not very difficult to get, as long as you don't have a record.

As I said, Live free or die.
