This was somewhere under the right hand knee cover or up a bit further as I had the instruments and all the inside fairing panels out and the fuel tank off. Anyone know where it goes! Nothing I could see in the clymer manual......
Keys in photo to size it, and yes it's solid rubber.

It's part of that heat screening thing - Scott_ just posted a picture of the whole setup in another thread. Take a look at the fiche - you'll see it there. _________________ Jim

Looking at what's left it looks like your piece is torn off from a larger part.
You should be able to fit it back in. _________________ Ride safe.

All the surfaces are moulded ie there's no tears! I've been through the fiches but can't see it. Next time I see another K11RS I'll check it out.
There isn't a matching one on the other side that I can see!
Cheers

The rounded part of the molded piece fits into the bolt hole (cavity) of the crankcase cover on the right side if I remember correctly. The pointy side should slip into the fairing lower between one of the "slits"

The piece on the left side is larger and shaped differently. Same idea though. Only goes in one way. It may have fallen off when you removed your fairing so you posibly do not recall removing it. _________________ Jeff
