So I got this from a friend http://www.argusanalyzers.com/battery-monitors/products/bb-sbm12ps-battery-bug-battery-monitor-argus-analyzers.html

I have installed it but now my turn signals glow. They still work and they turn off automatically faster than before.

Any thoughts on how to solve this.

Sorry I didn't clarify. The signals themselves are always on as running lights. I meant the green indicators in the instrument cluster.
