Its quite a list.
Maybe they use a pick-up truck for iron butt. 
There are certainly no shortage of spares, I'd leave the chain master link out.
I had to smile at "fingernail clippers", how long do these lads ride for ?

Obvious really, that's in case you manage to pull a babe at the pub and you don't want her to scratch your Ironbutt, fits in with the can of jock spray, whatever that is, I don't think we have such a thing over here.....please explain!

The jock spray may refer to scotsmen.
Folks from the north of england nicknamed them "sweaty's".
