I don't actually know Ted, I've never ridden the bike anywhere, ever, at all.  It fires up and the wheels are round so I figure thats a good start.

WOW, talk about a radical change! Some time back I posted some pictures of K11's that have been 'altered' but none of them were as radical as this!!

what did you do with all the plastics and the city cases? did they finance the rest of the remodel?

That was the initial plan, but the plastics were in a pretty bad condition, cracked, broken and with several badly done repairs. So they got binned. I didn't mind 'cos when I bought it I had an idea that this might happen.
