I out of luck. The on line sites I have been buying my tires for my LT seem to no longer carry anything thats fits my LT.
ordered Metzlers and Michelins for years on line and now cant find them.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?

I'm running K1100LT front and rear wheels on my K75F project bike. Here's what I just bought for it:
The best price I found for a 140/80-17 Azaro AV46 was $114.99 (plus $5 for shipping.) at Dennis Kirk.
I picked up a BT023 for the front since those seem to have decent reviews, better than the PR2 by some accounts, and that was only $96.99. (plus $5 shipping)

Have you tried motorcycle super store?? (motorcyclesuperstore.com) Thats where i get my tires for mine, I run the metz ME880 on the rear and the lazertech on the front, that is the combo that metz recommends if having to run off tires, I have to run that as i cant find matching front and back 880's and i really like them..
I am over 7,000 miles on my tire now and its getting close to replacement time soon, I do alot of canyons and high speed with mine (best was 140mph so far) also ride two up mostly, so am very happy with the ME880

Trust me, you really want to switch your LT from bias ply tires to radials. The difference in handling, especially at speed, is quite noticeable and confidence inspiring.

I will have to switch at next tire change, this tire change is just a a rear, but want to switch to the radial when i change both.
I had the pirelli sport demons before on this (tires that were on it when i bought it) adn was very unhappy with the wear and the way they handled on the fwy,(felt every groove) I only got 5000 miles on the rear that i put on and not sure how many were on the one that was on it when i bought the bike, but after the second one was worn the front was in need of a replacement, so i went with the ME880 as that is what i was running on my vtx, and I really like the way it handled, I am very happy with the way it handles on my bmw, but am wanting to try the radials next time i do a tire set change..
What is the website of the place you get you tires from???

The Azaro AV46 is a good tire and has good tread life. The BT023 is supposedly a very good tire as well. (Spent some time looking through a long thread about them on an ST forum.)
I got both tires from http://www.denniskirk.com.
$221.98 shipped for a pair of good radials is a pretty good deal if you ask me.

That is a good price, I checked the price for the 880 on the site and they beat MSS buy a few bucks after you add in the five bucks for the tire fee.
Is the Azaro the tire brand?? I cant seem to find that brand on there list..
This next tire change will be to 880 as the front lazer tech still looks new, so when its time to change both i will probably go to the radial, especially if the handling and also high speed handling is that much better, I do most my riding two up and fwy, but still do a good amount of canyon, both two up and solo, and have been known to scrape the pegs solo many times. Even two up i get a little wild in the canyons at times as i have a real good passenger..

I have found their prices the best around and very fast shipping. It dont cost anything to check them out and the tires from there have always been fresh never old tires that have been sitting in a warehouse for years like some other online tire dealers. Also they are very helpful if you have a tire about any of the tires they sell.

SW Moto is pretty good. When I placed an online order for a set of PR2s for my LT (with an RS rear wheel) they called me an hour later because they didn't know of any any bike that had that combination of tires and wanted to make sure that I knew what I'd ordered. The tires were delivered to my porch the next morning.
Many of the big online retailers have tires shipped from the very same distribution centers so your chances of getting an old tire are minimal.

I'm running Michelin's PR2's, front and rear.
120/70-18 in front
150/70-18 in back.
Yes, they fit and I am really happy with them.

I am running PR2 Front, Avon Azaro Rear, mainly due to recommendations for radials from here & other BMW based sites. Had the Avon, as there is no PR2 for the stock rear rim. Running 36 / 42.
The Avon has more rubber depth from stock than most. Only had them on since January, much better than the BT45's they replaced. I feel the mismatch causes a slightly quicker turn in than I have been used to.
Never given any worries grip wise in all weathers but ice. The combo gives good stability at low & high speeds. Similarly, whitelining is lessened. Bike seems a little twitchier between 25 MPH & 40 MPH but I don't spend much time in that range.

May be a language difference here Ernie.
On our roads, the white lines or road markings are quite thick & deep. Old & poor tyres (tires) tend to slide off them or generally cause sphincter twitching moments.
Perhaps your perception of white-lining is that it is illegal in Indiana & other states, we know this transgression as lane splitting. Which is still legal here ATM.
