Some lady hit rolling through a stop sign about an hour ago. sitting in the emergency room with a broken foot. The lady rolled through and t boned me at low speed. I was going pretty slow and she just ran into me. Not sure of the bike damage.

Feeling pretty good. Give an update In a while.

Audi

Audi,

So sorry to hear. Bikes can be repaired/replaced, but please tell us that you have minimal damage.

Let us all know your condition when you are able to.

Hope you give us good news.

I'm good. My foot is the size of a mellon. Waiting to see how bad the real damage is.

She didn't need to say it FD. She didn't even stop. It was bizarre.

Just a reminder to be EXTRA careful. I was at a innocuous light traffic intersection, 5 way stop sign I routinely travel.

Got some pain iv now.

Peace.

PM me off line if you have any problems with anything, I have been where you are now and would be more than happy to pass some of the good mojo that was shown to me Smile

Audi- btdt with the foot thing. Broke mine in '07 and ended my riding season that year.
The best thing that can happen is if the doc's DON'T have to cut into you to repair anything. That gives you the fastest recovery with the least amount of "invasion" to the area.

I was walking and back to work in about 4 months, and just this year able to walk on it totally pain free.

Dang - bad luck - glad you're mostly OK, no head injuries - they can fix the other stuff. That said, get the best doc you can for it and be a good patient, you don't want lingering foot problems, ask me how I know.

Heal fast Brother.

Well, I have three breaks in my left foot. They hope to do surgery on it on Wednesday after the swelling goes down.

Overall the pain isn't too bad.

Thanks for the good energy.

Audi.

I will be thinking of you and hoping it all goes well! Is everything going well with the post collision bureaucracy? If you need help looking up bike values so you have something to go back to the insurance company offer let me know, I am a whiz at that Smile

Well I found out they didnt issue the other driver a citation. She did tbone me but no proof she didn't stop at the stop sign. !!!

So not sure if I will recover anything now. Does anyone know if I still have any leverage?

My main focus is my foot. The swelling is down and I will see the doc in the next day or two to see if it can be operated on.

Peace. And keep sending the good thoughts. I need em'
