The delivery is notoriously unreliable. If you call the office they will mail you one asap.

Can't blame the printer. Well, you can, I'm a printer, but it was NOT produced late nor shipped late.
There is even an article about it in this months news.

The printer does their job and get's the book into the USPS system, this is explained in the article pretty much on target.
What's not explained is that the current printer is either not sizeable enough or possibly does not have the resources to take advantage of pool shipping or co-binding or even co-mailing. All programs where the MOA would ride along with other publications to take advantage of significant postal savings.
How much you say? Well, I could offer to print the MOA, paper and all, if they would let the company I work for keep the postal savings. Everyone here knows that the USPS get's more to mail the MOA than the printer get's to make it right? And that the paper costs on a job are about 60% of the cost of a print job right?
I've e-mailed the MOA board more that a few times trying to get a sales person in there to just talk about it all. No go. They have a long standing relationship with the current printer and that's tough to break into, I get that, I really do. So I'll just keep trying and watching for the opportunity.
Less & less in the publication that I can relate too, but there is LOTS online, so I think about it as augmented information. That & I always carry the memebership book when I ride. JIC I need help out ther on the road.
Hope your book arrives soon. I'm certain they have the printer run extras which we call " bulk " books. They keep these around to furnish in place of missing mail. Yes, our USPS does an AWESOME job! I REALLY do mean that. But now and again, stuff happens and a book goes missing never to be seen again.
This all kind of reminds me I need to renew my membership. If not for the anonymous book, at least to help keep the other printer in business.

i skim the on every month, but don't find myself reading it cover to cover any more. just too much fluff when i just want pictures ... and never enough pictures of classic k's. but the anonymous book and member perks are well worth the cost in my mind. i need to start visiting the site more again.

My MOA latest issue (Feb) was very late as well. By the time it arrived, I had already read half of it on-line.

My Cycle World subscription is also digital for on-line reading, but their service is pretty shitty sometimes.
