I've had to replaced the headlite bolb 3 times in the last 15K.
I run a kisan modulater.
Any ideas or suggestions?

The modulator shouldn't make any difference.
Have you installed a relay?
You don't say what brand of bulbs you're using. I use only Sylvania Silver Star Ultras - they last several years - and they are made in the Fatherland.

Thanx for the prompt reply. I too use Sylvania Silver Star Ultras.
I guess my expectations are too high regarding bulb life.
I ordered a Hella H4 mainly based on price, around $14 delivered.
I keep you posted as far as performance & life.

I only use 90/100W cheapo Xenons from Fleabay. $7/pair shipped. They put out tons of light and my last one lasted 35k. They are made in China.

I bought a Hella H4 over Amazon for $12.30.
I'll try the FleaBay lite next time.

BTW, if you haven't installed relays and upgraded the wiring then don't get a 90/100 Fleabay xenon H4, get the 55/60W version or you'll probably fry some wiring.
