Beautiful countryside in NW Wisc.
I like your camera position, where and how is it mounted? _________________ '93 K1100LT

Another nice video, Bob. I'm hooked on that camera. It allows great images and sounds. They sure have worked on those microphones. Awsome! _________________ Carlos

I have the same camera, tested inside a glider sunday, not on my bike yet.
Do you edit your videos and if yes, using which software? _________________ I am not a number, I am a free man.

Thanks! The camera does a good job for what it is...
I shoot in 720 60P otherwise the jello effect from the bike vibration can be bad.
I ended up getting the LCD backpack, which is a big help in set up.
The main drawback I see is the lens is such a wide angle...I would prefer a narrow field of view...
But for the price...it works... _________________ Bob T.

Yes, always edit, add titles, do some color correction, addtitional sound tracks...
I use Sony Vegas Pro 10, http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/buy/vegaspro?disp=1...I've been using Vegas Pro since version 6...
But it is costly...(understand this has been my hobby for many years...I also have a $3K HD video camera )
Sony has a stripped down version called Vegas Movie Studio HD...for about $50...I hear it works fairly well, but I've never tried it.

So what sort of camera is it Bob?
In case you are wondering what the jello effect is see this one from a Laverda mate, it's a Go-pro, also good suspension porn! Shows you how rough our roads are and this is an alleged highway near merlins place!

The one the bike, or my $3K?
The one I used for this video is a GoPro...my high end camera is a Panasonic HMC 150...(got a few others as well)

Yup...I know the jello effect well...
If you shoot in 60P instead of 30P, it works much better...but that is why 3CCD cameras are so much better than CMOS cameras... _________________ Bob T.

Yes, my statement was poorly worded...thanks for pointing that out
Depending on the application, they each have advantages...
In reference to the jello effect, CCD is superior...
But, in the GoPro, low power usage is also important, and as we know, CMOS uses far less power than CCD...
And we can get even more detailed if we wish....but I don't. _________________ Bob T.

I meant 3 CCD has other advantages: collects more light, no demosaicing of Bayer pattern. _________________ I am not a number, I am a free man.

Yes...they both have multiple advantages depending on application.
For pure picture quality, 3 CCD is the way to go...agreed... _________________ Bob T.
