From what I have read the rear hubcap should just lever off?
I have gingerly tried this with a slim screwdriver attempting not to scratch the finish which is like new. I have not had any success. The wheels of my bike would not have been removed for 9 years so I thought I should practice this and also check the wheel torque settings. Ian _________________ Ian, owner of:-

Ian - look all around the edge of the hub cap - you should see an indentation where you can get a tool in and pop the cap off. _________________ Jim

It's only held by a spring clip. Use card or softwood to protect the paint from the flat blade screwdriver you will inevitably use. _________________ Regards Tim,

Thanks guys, but there is no indent on my wheel or cap as show in some photos. I just managed to remove it by inserting a long thin screwdriver into one of the three slots and levering between the 2 ends of the slot, not across it. Ian _________________ Ian, owner of:-
