Hi, All,
IT'S OVER!!!! I'M DONE WITH CHEMO!!!! I HAVE MY LIFE BACK!!!!

Yesterday I had a CT scan and today visited both my surgeon and oncologist. Both said the CT scan looked normal. I then had the pump removed and went back to my daughter's. I only have to go back for monitoring, say, every 6 months. I now just have to regain my strength and stamina. I've lost about 80 lbs. during this ordeal. but I DO NOT recommend this method of losing weight!

Thank you all for your support. I hope to see a few of you at the Blitz to Branson and more still at HM V.

That sure is good news, Phil.
Do you have to buy new riding gear, or are you going to grow back into your old stuff?

Congrats to you Phill!!
Now a few "laps around your HUGE dump truck and of course all the steps to get into the drivers seat, you will have lots of muscles back in shape.
Seriously hope you get back to "daily operating status" soon.

Hi, Keith,
Thanks for the kind words. At this time I don't know if I'll try to go back to work or just start receiving Social Security. I'm not yet eating well, and have lost over 80 lb. I'm not sure if I could take the 12 1/2 hr. shifts and the change every few days from day to night shifts. I don't plan to even apply for the job until after Hungry Mother. That should give me enough time to recover and to decide if I want to put up with the shifts again. If not, look for me at various rallies and gatherings.

Good morning Phil...

GREAT to read from you that you are solid, a bit lighter, feeling well, looking towards HM, and talking "rallies" instead of rushing back to work. I have been 'off line' for most of the winter and now have catching up to do, but my first stop was to look in and see just how you are doing. You cant imagine what good news it was/is to find you here and on the road to a full recovery !! Keep it up my friend and we'll see you for sure the first week in May !!

Very best regards..........// Ernie in NH
