I have a set of K100 instruments that a friend in the country would like to know if they work on another K.
Has anybody put a 84 set on a K1100 ABS bike for any reason?
Would the experts recommend to do so?
The said set work apart from the speedo not turning but the trip & so milege/klm does.
Has anybody had that fault or what is your opinion on it please.

Wiring connection (harness plug at the back) are different.
There are even differences in the K1100s over the years.
