First of all, NOT a Rydor or Steverino level of corner crazy.
But the Boxer was prepped...
Do I have pictures of me on the track? Uh, no. The ones that the pro photographer had of me were crappy angles. And Cathy couldn't come along to photo document the mayhem.
But I had fun wrestling the BCR (525# wet) around New Hampshire Speedway BTW, Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires really STICK. At least I am using ALL of the tire.

Thanks Darryl,
A little more than a day after being on the race track my legs are very sore.
The day had consisted of 20 minute track sessions every hour and some classroom time in between. The instructors had us trying just one new skill each session or two.
I tried to learn how to brace for braking with my lower body, so my upper body would stay loose and allow lighter inputs with my arms/hands.
Easy to say but a bit more difficult with a heavy bike.
I was really tired by days end. New Hampshire Speedway has a short straightaway but I managed 190kph before braking for turn 1. _________________ John & Cathy

Uh, yeah......
The A guys came around me fast enough while I was on the R1100.
Seriously, THE fast guy (who is also an instructor with the track day school) was out on the course on a superbike spec S1000RR- about 240hp. He made the guys on 1198 Ducs look like they were on 500cc machines. _________________ John & Cathy
