Just got this bike and I'm too darned short to ride it safely. I have a Russell Daylong seat that been most of the 83K miles on the bike, also have a "like new" stock seat. Both of them are a wee bit too tall. Not particular about brand, but if anyone has one for a shorty - let's talk!
Available for trade:
K1100LT parts:
long distance auzillary fuel cell and pump
Russell Day Long- used but in good condition
OEM seat- like new
Off my '04 R1150RT
Windscreens
Two Brothers Exhaust
Stock Exhaust
Set of Bags (2 side and 1 top) |

I have a low seat conversion. Not in perfect shape but very functional. The seat it self is near perfect but the tank surround is not perfect. I also have the latch and other mounting hardware. I am at the moa rally and will be on the road for next 2 1/2 weeks. If you can wait till I get back let me know. _________________ Ron

Thanks for the replies and pm's.... I decided to try an upholstry shop down the street and the Fella says he can do it "no problem". So I figured it would be worth a shot. If it doesn't work out I'll be back at square 1, except without one of the seats
Envious of you folks at the MOA rally- hope you stay cool! |
