| Is there any other way of attaching the front disc other than the alluminum roll pins and clips, as they seem to wear out after 15000 km, and then the disc rattles around. |

Not really as they(the aluminum roll pins) are intended to be the the "disposable" wear point of the floating rotor system.
Other riders have replaced them with harder steel ones, but that will only transfer the wear to either the carrier or the disc instead of the pin. _________________ Ride safe.

| How much play are the disc suppose to have? My disc can move about a 1/16" |
