|
|
Hello All
I am trying to install heated grips, now a friend told me I should be able to get power from the horn.
Just done some testing and there is no power going to the horn when the bike is in contact.... no sure how that circuit works....
Anybody can recommend the best place to get power-from for aftermarket heated grips?
Thanks, _________________ K1100 RS 1995 |

When I added heated grip wraps to my K100LT I used the factory connector for the heated grips which is located under the tank. I didn't have a matching connector so I had to splice into the existing wires. _________________ 2004 R1150RT 186,800 miles

The connector kioolt mentions you find under the left side of the tank.
Green/black and brown (ground) wire, protected via fuse #1.
