The time has come to part with my beloved K1100. I have other plans for bikes but for now I am putting the money into my R75/6 which was my father's bike. Then there may be a cafe project down the road. I have owned this bike since 2003 and have taken care of it myself. It had been dropped by a previous owner and the front fairing is damaged, but that is hidden underneath a Parabellum windshield. The bike has close to 100,000 miles but runs like a clock. Other features
Alternator upgrade
Kisan LED turnsignals
Kisan relay which has auto cancelling and four way flashers
City lidded hard bags
Extra halogen running lights
Corbin Street fighter seat
Gadget Shelf with wiring for GPS unit
I may be talked into including the Garmin Street Pilot two and mount for an extra hundred dollars
The bike does not need much, the rear tire has a few mile left, the front in in great shape. It may need a new battery.
I am in Central Pa.
I am asking $3500, but I will discount to $3250 for a member of this site.
This is my lowest price I will take, there will be no negotiation beyond the inclusion of the GPS unit.

You mustn't sell that. It's in the fastest colour combination, the only K1100RS to actually achieve warp speed. A fact this is..... _________________ There is only now, yesterday is gone and is unchangeable, tomorrow is uncertain. Live in the moment. |

I would love to go to HM, but the sad fact is that at that time of year I can not miss work. I have final exams the week after HM and the parent of my students will not react well if I am not there. If it was a couple of weeks later I would be on it like white on rice.
This is what I have been riding instead of the K bike:
It was my Dad's and now that I have it all sorted I just love riding this thing. [/img] _________________ 1997 K1100LT
